The vast array of consumer electronics products are designed to service two market segments. The first is entertainment. The second is convenience, and productivity. With a price point of appx. $50.00, Key Keeper is not a likely candidate for the check out counter, or convenience market. For this reason, Key Keeper Inc. will market this item to car dealerships, and quality auto repair centers which have the reputation of servicing their customers with high standards. The Key Keeper is a natural add-on sale for the busy upper middle class professional who cannot afford to be late for business or personal appointments due to a misplaces set of keys. This product will also serve as enticement offers, and can be offered to customers who purchase $ x.xx amount of products from the dealerships.
By pursuing this marketing avenue, the Key Keeper will find entry in the marketplace, and thus gain attention with Key Keeper's target audience.

People don't just "buy" a product. They "buy" the concept of what that product will do for them, or help them do for themselves. People who are overweight don't join a franchise diet center to eat pre-packaged micro-meals. They "buy" the concept of a new, thin, happy and successful self. For this reason, the mechanics of the Key Keeper are not the important pieces of the marketing proposal.

This product consists of 2 components. The Key Keeper attached to the consumer's key ring. It looks like a small, black plastic medallion. The second part of the Key Keeper is the base unit, which the consumer will place in a safe place in their home, such as a kitchen, or bedroom night stand drawer.
